HOURS OF OPERATION:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 2pm.

Orders can be collected from rooms at anytime during normal hours of operation.
MAIL ORDERS:
All mail orders must be received by last Friday of the month and sent to the above POSTAL ADDRESS only.
All orders will be packed and posted on the second Tuesday of the month .
ORDERS will not be processed if correct postage is not
included with order.
Victoria postage is $9 all other $10.
FAX ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
All new members' orders will be processed immediately
at time of joining association.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to partake in the Commonwealth Stoma Appliance Scheme you must have a stoma, be a financial member of an ostomy association, have an entitlement number and supplied a Medicare number to the Association.
